Hello, I recently bought a 2GB jump drive.
Formatted it and then after i formatted it,
i noticed that it only has 49.9MB of total memory,
so my first instinct was to try and reformat it,
thinking that i might have messed with the cappacity in the formatting
window some how
i reformatted...
Didnt work.
any ideas on how to get my drive back to normal 2gb size?
it would be verry much appriciated.
(info that might help) verbatim 2gb store and go drive, fat32 format.
please help me anyway you can

Click Start, Run (type) DiskMgmt.Msc [Enter]

When the console opens, maximize. In the graphic display
quadrant locate the drive. Likely defined as Disk 1, 2...
Look at the Bar Graph that represents the total space.
Note total size and the partitions/unallocated space. You
may have improperly created a partition that only uses a
piece of the total available space.

I went throught the steps that you told me (thank you by the way)
but it came up and said
"The operation did not complete because the partition or volume is not
enabled. To enable the partition or volume, restart the computer."
So I did twice and I also tried it on another computer
