usb 2 and slow hub

I've done everything including newest updates +sp1a, new install etc.
But I can't run usb 2 hi-speed AND there is usb 2 o the PC whitout getting the
message: HI-SPEED usb device connected to non HI-SPEED usb hub

what can I do ?

Control Panel -> System -> Hardware tab -> Device Manager button

Scroll to the bottom of the list in the "Device Manager" Window..
Click on the + next to "Unviersal Serial Bus Controllers"
Anywhere under there - do you see the words "Enhanced"?

If so - type the whole line in response to this thread..

If not - then you don't have USB 2.0, no matter what you have been told - or
at least you don't have HI-SPEED compatable USB 2.0...
