How do I find out if my system supports USB 2.0. It's a 3
yr-old Dell.
It almost certainly doesn't. You can pick up a 4-port USB 2.0 Card(Belkin is a
good one) for US$25-40 at any good retail computer outlet...Best Buy, CompUSA,
even Office Max in the US.

Open Device Manager and look at USB setup. If it doesn't say something
about 2.0 you don't have it.

Control Panel - System - Hardware - Device Manager

Look in the USB Controllers section at the bottom. If there is an
'Enhanced' controller, that is USB 2.0 At 3 years old though it is
unlikely that you have the USB 2.0 hardware
