Usage statistics

Our usage statistics update on a totally random basis
even though they are set to update every night at
midnight. Our server administrators tell us that this is
a known issue with Frontpage and that it has never worked
correctly. Is this the case? If so, how can it be fixed?

I, for one, have not seen or heard of this problem. Usage
Analysis runs with machine-like regularity on my lab
machines and my hosts server.

Perhaps you host needs to look at MSKB article 294395,
FP2002: Usage Analysis Does Not Process Log Files; or,
Error Message: Usage Processing Failed to Complete
Normally.

Or perhaps they can be more specific about the supposed
problem.
