usage analysis reports

How can i read the usage analysis reports. I open them
and see comma delimited text.....is there a free and easy
tool to interpret this data?
 
You have to locate a Log File Analyzer application. Some are free, but are
limited.

In the IE address bar type:

? Log File Analyzer
