usage analysis frontpage server extensions

I try to activite usage analysis tool on the frontpage server extensions
2002. When I type "owsadm.exe -o usage" at the command line, it gives error
message:
"Error: the server instance specified was not found. Please specify the
server's address and port"
I add the url address of the server and port number 80, still get same error
message.

Is this you local server that you are trying to set this on, if so, which version of Windows and
IIS?

Ok, then have you tried setting it up from within the Extension Admin?
