us windows Emulator?

Hello.

I am using an european windows XP, and I have got some programs that can
only work on the US version of the os.
I'm wondering if there is an emulator or something uot there?

Did you try to change all your locale settings to USA?

Go to Regional Settings in the Control Panel and change the settings.

Have you contacted the programs manufacturer to see what they suggest?
Contact other users of those programs and see what they do to solve the
problem.
