URL on link mouseover in messages

Seems when I first installed OUTLOOK, whenever I read an
email containing a link, I could place my mouse pointer
on the link and it would show the undelining URL. Now my
OUTLOOK does not show the URL on mouseover. How can I
correct this?

maybe check your internet settings. HTML and RTF only support this!

Whoops! Tooltips do in fact appear over hyperlinks in incoming e-mail
(although not for auto-formatted text URLs). I had been writing a draft HTML
e-mail with hyperlinks, and tooltips with URLs in that case do not appear.
