Urgent! System will not boot. Missing or corrupt file

I do realize that there are a lot of other people with the same problem i
just wanna know if here are no real experts on microsoft who can actually
help to solve the problem. file missing windows\system32\config\system or
corrupt. tried a lot of suggested solutions and nothing works. Now please
someone with the miracle can you help me? please i beg of of you.

Since you did not specify what you have already tried, all anyone can do is give you the generic information for recovering from a corrupted registry.

OK thanks for the quick response but i can't get the guided help to work
probably i'm doing it wrong or something. I tried the manual instructions
before i realized oem installation. is their nothing else i can do.
instructions for a bootdisk please.
