urgent pls -- freetextbox upload image

Hello,
I would like to have the functionality provided at
http://www.freetextbox.com. In other words, should be able to save the
text as well as the image added to the editor.(The image added the same
way as in the link mentioned above)
Any help would be appreciated!!
