URGENT OUTLOOK PROBLEM

I have been using Outlook for years and after recently intstalling Service
Pack 2 on my PC my email messages have been altered. Basically in any new
messages or replies the text is changed - it becomes incredibly small and i
have to enlarge it to about 32 to actually see it normally. It says its size
10 but it's more like 1...i have tried to alter things in Options but i can't
seem to alter this problem...

ANYONE PLEASE HELP!!!

You may try switching to Word as your email editor, or If it already
set to use Word, try switching back. (plain text)

thank you for your posting but i would like to utilise word as my email
editor - does anyone know of another way as its driving me mad!!
