URGENT - Logon fails after switch from domain to workgroup

I cannot logon any more, after deleting the domain and swithing to workgroup
1) How can I enter the domain in the logon screen? Is it \\domain\user
2) How can I create a local admin user through savemode? How can I enter savemode?

You have two options:
- Ask your network administrator to re-register your machine on the domain,
or
- Ask him for a local account/password.
