Urgent - i cant activate Windows XP Home

I reformated my computer after activating windows and what happed after i re-installed windows XP is i can't activate windows. It says that i have have activated the product for a number of times (thats true). And it asked me to enter a new product id . My copy of windows is genuine . Why does that happen? I can't contact Mirosoft in Malaysia. Please help me

So if you choose to activate by phone, it does not give you a number to
call?

Is there some reason you cannot select the "Activate by telephone"
option?

You WILL be able to reactivate windows, but in order to do so, you must get in touch with Microsoft somehow. Maybe you know someone in the US that can call for you, maybe email microsoft!...I thought they had a toll-free 1800 number. When asked to activate, choose "activate by telephone", and it should give you one!
