URGENT General Problems

1) After being attached by the recent worm, I CAN TURN MY
COMPUTER OFF.

2) I received the following error message: "Workflow
HarnessExecutableApplication has a problem. C:\DOCUME "1
\owner\locals"1\Temp\
WER3F6.tmp.dr00\opcompat.txt

3) I can't get into my e-mails. For some reason Cookies
are not allowing me access.

Remember you cannot contact me by e-mail. I can't get
into it. I will check here again soon to see if there
are solutions to these problems. Thank you.

No email support provided. This is a newsgroup. You need to perform
disinfection routines in Safe Mode. Boot into Safe Mode, turn off
System Restore. Reboot into Safe Mode again. Run all virus tools and do
a full system scan with a current antivirus using updated definitions.
Boot into regular mode and enable System Restore. If you don't have the
ability to do this, call a good local computer repair shop and have
them do it for you.

Hi,
Right click on your C:\ drive and go to properties. Use disk cleanup and
make sure temporary files is selected and click on OK. (that will delete the
temporary files, which is where the message is coming from)
In control panel select internet options and on the first tab delete
temporary internet files then cookies.
Now try shutdown & emails again.
