URGENT DEADLINE: RTF readme omits graphic

Ihave a readme.rtf file with one graphic in it
Word and Wordpad can show it.

Also a dotnet app with richtexted can show it.

Setup doesn't show the graphic in this rtf.

Why?

Any thoughts
