Upper case file names

i have about 500 files that have upper case names
is there a way or a program to convert the names to lower case while
keeping the same file name? i dont want to retype all 500 file names

Any batch file renamer should be able to do this.

e.g.
http://www.1-4a.com/rename/
http://www.softforall.com/Utilities/FileDisk/Batch_File_Renamer09040204.htm
http://www.123renamer.com/download.htm

My favourite at the moment is Better File Rename:
