Upon launching MS Outlook, I don't want the "in box" displaying the personal
e-mails of my users. Is there a way each user would have to log on to see
their personal e-mails?

Change the startup folder to another folder - perhaps an intentionally blank
one named startup?

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.

After furious head scratching, RickCFP asked:

You could set up .pst files for each user with encryption and use rules to
move incoming messages to those.
Are you trying to have multiple people share one install of Outlook? Do you
know about profiles? (Control Panel, Mail, Profiles)

Hmm... it'll fail moving those messages unless the password is entered. Doh!
Perhaps we could get a bit more info on what you are trying to accomplish.
