I'm trying to get my P2P programs to work, but none of them do. The activity
log on BitTorrent says this:

[2005-12-03 14:01:09] -- BitTorrent started --
[2005-12-03 14:01:09] (global message) : Trying: WindowsUPnP
[2005-12-03 14:01:09] (global message) : none port_collection (XP)
[2005-12-03 14:01:09] (global message) : Trying: ManualUPnP
[2005-12-03 14:01:09] (global message) : rawserver.create_multicastsocket
[2005-12-03 14:01:09] (global message) : UPNP is not supported on your
system (XP: No functional service found).

What I get out of that is that I don't have the ability to use UPnP. So...
How do I get it? Is it a software update? do I have to buy some new hardware?
What? I just don't get what's going on, and I been having this problem for a
very long time. Please help.

Ok, I followed the instructions given on the web page. However, no additional
icons appear in the My Network Places window and BitTorrent still doesn't
work.

I've tried Ares Galaxy Professional, that doesn't work either.

When I hover the mouse over a small icon in BitTorrent that appearntly is
suppose to represent my connection. When I hover over it, it says "Probably
firewalled/NATted"

I don't know what NATted is.

Internet Connection Sharing. They work almost the same as firewalls under the hood but with different purpose. It stands for Network Address Translation. ICS in XP is a simple version of NAT.

Ok so, is there any way I can Adjust any NAT settings on my computer? I have
Norton Internet security 2005. However Norton's settings are "Permit all" on
all of my P2P programs. So, I'm still clueless here...
