Is it possible to upload existing emails from gmail, if so, how

I am using POP. Just go to gmail page, click settings, click on
Forwarding and POP\IMAP, click on Enable POP for all mail (even mail
that's already been downloaded), make sure you selected "keep Gmail's
copy in the Inbox" in 2 When messages are accessed with POP, so you
don't lose any emails. Now you can run your outlook and use POP to
bring all your received and sent mails into your outlook. If there
are too many mails better make sure you have stable internet
connection, If you get error in the process, then delete what you have
downloaded and do it all over again until you get all emails in one
connection. After success then you can move all sent emails (those
originated from your own name) to your outlook sent folder. Then go
back to gmail page, click settings, click on Forwarding and POP\IMAP,
click on Enable POP for mail that arrives from now on, Then you are
back to normal.
