Hi,

I have a form, pulling info from a table(1). There is a dropdown menu on the
form used to retreive information from a query, linked to a second table(2).
How would I extract ALL of the value selected on the dropdown query to show
on the form as: 1. a formated group of data, i.e. a label. and 2. individual
fields. Then to send it to Word as a label, "Tools, Enveloppe & Labels"...

Thank you,

What do you mean by "a formated group of data," as all the data on a form is
formatted in some way?
Why do you want to display the information on your form and then send it to
Word as a label?
Word has a facility to merge the information from an Access Table/Query into
a label. As long as you have a query that provides the info needed, do it
all in Word.

Hi,

I am creating a "as much as possible", user friendly form, 1 pager, that
track everything I need. I want to be able to select a name from a dropdown
menu, which then paste the selected record (All fields from the query
selected) to my master table (& Form). I want to select someone record from
a list and link this individual and his informations to a second table row;
maybe with a command button appearing only when selected record is not = to
the one on file for this record... I believe that the dropdown should not
have a control source, but then it dosent retain information on selected
record. Sould I use a subform, I'm kind of stuck there !

When the information is entered in the bounded field of the master table, I
am able to collate them in a single line, in a single field on my form. (I'll
need to find out how to seperate the words & change the line on a field) I
basically want to be able to press a button from my access form, seeing the
"Word, Tools, Enveloppe & Label" menu box appear, select the label location
and hearing the printer bip for the manual feed request. I know I'm asking
alot, but it must be possible...

Hoping you understand what I mean, Thank you so much for helping me out...
I will go back to school soon, to be able to put more content behind my forms.

Cheer !
