Uploading Images

I am having problems with jpg images off a CD. The images
show up when I open the CD in Windows Explore but when I
upload them and type in the address in Internet Explorer
it does not display the image but shows a red X. I had
the same problem from pictures from different CD from a
different Company. I am not having problems with other
images not from cd's. Can anyone help?
