uploading changes

When I try to upload my website, or merely changes to my
website, I get the following message: "The server sent a
response which Front Page could not parse. If you are
trying to connect to a front Page server check with the
server's administrator to make sure the Front Page
extensions are properly installed." I checked with my ISP
and they say the extensions are properly installed, but I
continue to get the same message. What to do?
