Could you please help me with finding a third party code for file
uploading via http?

(I know I can write it myself but I would like an open source (exe) for
this purpose)

AFAIK this is just :

And server side you'll use Request.Files...

Not sure about the EXE requirement but does it apply if it's fairly easy
write yourself ?? or is it for some other reason ?.
