The only clue I have is it is network related. Does anybody undestand this cryptic langauge?

Thanks
Vic

It means UPHClean had to take action in order to allow your system to shut
down.

There is a readme file in the Program Files\UPHClean file that you can get
further information from.

Hope that helps.

Gary,

Thanks for your reply. I understand UPHClean is telling me there is an error and I've read the readme.txt file. What I am hoping is,
someone would be able to tell me from reading the 'dump' is what exactly is causing the registry hive to be held open, thus creating
an error message and slow shutdown.

There are processes listed in the dump but it is to cryptic for me to understand.
Any help appreciated

Vic
