Upgrading WindowsXP professional

Can the latest upgrade Service Pack 3 be used to fully uprade Windows XP professional or do you have to have a specific upgrade for this product
 
There is no Service Pack 3 for XP; or even a SP2 yet. SP2 should be out this
summer or fall. It will update XP Pro. I don't know what you mean about
upgrading XP Pro; there isn't anything out to upgrade it up to.
