Upgrading Win Xp home to Prof.

I am upgrading Upgrading Win Xp home to Prof. and i get this error when i
install:

Report System Compitability:
--Snmp Extension Maneger
--Visual J++6

I have MSDN 6 installed, and i cant install Xp pro., because of these things.

Please Help,

Uninstall both and upgrade to Pro then reinstall them.
