upgrading to xp pro

I am trying to upgrade to xp pro
and when I run the compatability portion of the cd it
says that nvidia agp filter is not compatable with xp pro
 
The AGP filter is probabily part of your motherboard chipset drivers or the
video card drivers. You can upgrade them with the latest.
