I have an OEM Outlook 2002 installation on one XP computer and an OEM
Outlook 2003 installation on another XP computer. Can one upgrade the OEM
Outlook 2002 installation to Outlook 2003?
Thanks, CMA

No, OEM software is forever tied to the machine on which it came
pre-installed. You MIGHT be able to do it if both machines are from the
same OEM but it is a violation of the EULA.
