Upgrading to Office 2007

I will be upgrading to Office 2007 tonight. What steps should I take to make
sure I don't loose my e-mails during the process? I am currently running
Office XP.
 
As in any pc operation you should have backups of data, but then you
allready do that dont you?

Additionally, it would be a good idea to add a new mail profile as well.
