Upgrading hardware on WINXP

I am using WINXP Home with all updates installed. I was
considering upgrading the motherboard, processor and ram
and keeping my existing hard drives, cdrom etc. Will
WINXP Home allow me to reauthorize my upgraded system
without reloading WINXP?

Rich,

you may have to do a repair installation anyway if your new
motherboard requires different drivers.

Activation is no problem. Either you can activate over the
Internet or you may have to call Microsoft, explain what you
did, and they'll issue you an activation code. May take 5
minutes.
