Upgrading From Trial Version to Upgrade Version

Can you upgrade from a trial copy of MS FrontPage to the
actual $89 MS FrontPage Upgrade version? Or, would you
need to purchase the full version of MS FrontPage at $149?

Trial versions are not upgradeable. You can only upgrade a full license.
Check out eBay as you may be able to find cheap copies of earlier versions
of FP.
