Upgrading from Outlook 2000 to Outlook 2003

I understand that I would have to upgrade Office 2000 to Office 2003 but how
do I do that? Probably a dumb question so appreciate an answer. Probably
have to BUY the upgrade, huh? If so, where do I find that on microsoft.com?

You can purchase the Office 2003 Upgrade from many online vendors beside
Microsoft, often, substantially cheaper.
 
Yes you need to purchase an upgrade but if you want full function with Word
2003 as the editor it is usually best to purchase one of the cheaper Office
2003 packs that include Word 2003.
