Upgrading from home to professional

I tring to install an upgrade from home to xp professional, but i get an not compatibility message. The issue is nVidia APG filter is not compatible. I have downloaded the necessary updated drivers from Microsoft and nVidida.com, with no luck the issue is still not allowing me to upgrade. Can someone please advise with this situation. Thanks ken.
 
If you indeed have an nVidia video card, you should be using this driver:
http://www.nvidia.com/object/winxp_2k_56.64

If you have an nVidia nForce motherboard, you should be using this driver:
http://www.nvidia.com/object/nforce_udp_winxp_3.13
