Upgrading Distribution Point to SP2

is there a way to upgrade a current windows distirbution
point that is XP SP1 to SP2 without having to recreate
the entire distribution? i realize its not as simple as
dragging and dropping files from the slipstreamed sp2 cd,
so i was curious if there was an update option or
something. thanks!

Yes. Download the full installer from:

http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=049C9DBE-3B8E-4F30-8245-9E368D3CDB5A

Run it with "/?" to learn that it supports a "/integrate" switch which
slipstreams it into your existing distribution point.

Starting roughly now, most future updates will also support the
"/integrate" switch. See <http://support.microsoft.com/?id=828930>.
