upgrades

I am a newbie
i have just upgraded from FP98 to FP2003 on a winxp system with no extension
support from my server.

What upgrades would you suggest I download from the microsoft site what
would assist in the efficient running of this new program??????

There are no 'upgrades' to FP 2003.
However, you need to go to MS Office Updates and download the security
updates.
