Upgrades for athlon processors

Greetings from Barcelona,
I don´t know if anyone can help, but I have a 1st Mainboard motherboard, I think!
My processor is a 750 athlon amd, Can I put a faster processor in this board.

What is your motherboard? If you can supply the make and model number, we should be able to help you.

Also, the revision number would help, but it's not too important (revision number is usually on a sticker on the mainboard or stuck to the side of a PCI slot).
 
First of all, what kind of motherboard do you have? what kind of model?
 
There are quite a few different motherboad models from 1st Mainboard! Download CPU Z and use it to find out your motherboard model. But if you already have a 750Mhz Athlon in, you could probably go upto a 1.4Ghz Athlon, as they have the same FSB, but they are very hard to come by nowadays! Even on eBay there pretty rare.
 
your best bet would proabably be to get a new mobo, new CPU and new RAM.

You can get some good bundles for cheap but im not sure about spain
 
Thanks, looking for more details, can`t find stickers, but it´s 25 degrees so I´m not too worried.
