AMD 2.1 Ghz, 512mb ram home built computer, all WinXP updates:
Downloaded via cable modem 266mb SP2 file, 9 minutes.
Disabled GoBack 3.2, Norton 2004, Zone Alarm 5.1.011.000.
Installed SP2, 24 minutes.
All went well, no problems upon SP2 restart.
I restarted the computer at a later time: 1 minor problem
Monitor settings went from 800x600 to 1280x1024, I reset it.
And, my sound file associations now want to be associated with the
new Media Player, no sound until presumedly I configure it.
Don't understand why the new Media Player could not be a seperate
Windows update, but everything else seems to be okay.

Ditto here, except Windows Messenger instant messenger client kept
restarting disabled every 5-10 minutes, even when I exited it. I had to
kill it off by first actually starting it and then unchecking the
preference Allow WM to Run in Background. OE-QuoteFix for OE didn't
work until I made it independent of OE, and made OE not block images in
HTML .
