Upgrade to Win 2003 Server

Hello people
I would like to know who can tell me whether I can upgrade from win Xp Home
2002 Sp2 to Win 2003 and How I could it be done (relating to licences)

There is no problem to install \Upgrade to W2K3 according to what you have posted. As per the License you will need to use the one that is supplied with your W2K3 upon Upgrade.

I would install W2K3 on a clean Hard Drive. But that is me.

XP Home is not a qualifying product for upgrading to a Server license.
You must purchase a full version of Server 2003 in whichever edition
is best suited for your needs (basic, Small Business Server,
Enterprise, etc.)
