UPgrade to 2003 running Office xp

I currently have FP 2002 loaded on my computer which I upgraded from 2000. I have the disk for the original FP 2000 but I can't find the disk for 2002. I want to upgrade to 2003 so my question is will the upgrade require the 2002 CD or will the FP 2000 CD suffice?

The 2000 will suffice but if 2002 is
installed it shouldn't even ask for another disk.
