The installation process can certainly repartition/reformat
your OS/2 partition. Whether OS/2 qualifies for an upgrade
depends on the words on your CD case. Is OS/2 listed?
Do you have your OS/2 installation CD or diskettes?

Unfortunately, my XP disk and folder do not indicate in any way that
they are an upgrade (I have others that do indicate so) - the only way
to tell that they are an upgrade is to use them.

OS/2 is not a qualifying product from which to upgrade to Windows XP.
