| I downloaded SP2 a few days ago and tried to upgrade my computer from sp2 v1
| to sp2 by running setup execution file, but in the end, it failed, it said
| it had only installed partial updates. now when I reboot the computer, I got
| some page file or virtual memory problem, then computer will automatically
| reboot, I can't quite remember what the exact message, so I used
| an original windows xp setup cd to upgrade
| the installation, but on dos mode, it hangs at "initializing configuration"
| step, I restarted the computer, then now I see it in GUI windows, "it hangs
| at 39 minutes", I guess upgrade will not work in the case. I need to use
| another solution.
|
| How can I convert my windows back to sp2 v1 or even back to orginal windows
| without service pack?
