Hi, all.

I am just wondering if I am qualified for upgrade win xp pro english version
from korean windows 98/se. I am going to make one pc and want to install
windows xp. I have windows 98(korean version) cd. I want to clean install
from scratch. Is it ok if I just put the korean version of win 98se in the
cd-rom when windows xp installation promts "insert qualifies products?"

Thanks.

One cannot change from one language version of Windows to
another language version. You'll need to purchase a "full version"
of Windows XP in your desired language version and then perform
a "clean install".

Greetings --

You cannot upgrade from one language version of the OS to another,
so you'll have to purchase and use the full version of English WinXP
to perform a clean installation.
