Upgrade from FP98 to FP2003

I currently have FP98 and wish to upgrade to FP2003. Can I simply purchase
the Upgrade version of FP2003? Concern is that I am not upgrading from the
last version, FP2000.

Any help appreciated.

yes, you can upgrade to FP2003, but you must also be using Windows XP, or
Windows 2000 SP4, or later for the Operating System.
 
Yes, any version FP98 upwards is a qualifying product. You need Windows 2000 or
higher to run FP2003 though.
