Upgrade from 95 to XP

How? Is it possible? Doesn't look like it. Do I have to do
a total new install?

No, Windows XP doesnt support upgrading from Windows 95.

A Clean Installation is the only option since Windows 95 can not be
upgraded to Windows XP.
Back-up important data first.
