Upgrade Bios

Hi. Recently i have decided to install XP Pro. Well, it installed fine, but i noticed my bios is very outdated. Where can i find an install for the latest PheonixBIOS? I went to their website but no download links to be found anywhere.

You should update the Bios only when you have problems you can cure by
updating or when you need features you can obtain by doing so.

It's the maker of your motherboard that adapts a Bios made by a Bios
designer like Phoenix to it's hardware and makes the Bios available.
