I'm tring to update windows xp 64 bit and can't.I keep getting a page that
tells me to enter the adminastrative name and password, and when I follow the
instructions I still can't

Is it asking for a new password or the old one? The
default is nothing I think. Try just hiting the enter
key. I think that is what it was. Works on some of the
ones I have fixed.

Hello,
Use this link for 64-bit support and questions.
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsserver2003/64bit/x64/trial/support.mspx
This has been posted there and answered many times already.
Windows Update does not support the X64 platform yet.
This will be addressed when by the time x64 Windows is released.
Since x64 is still in beta there are no updates at this time.
Thanks,

If you were assuming this is some kind of illigal stuff,
well you are wrong. Available at microsoft, with official
reg key!!

I got the same problem, anybody able to help??
