os = Windows XP Pro.

When updating from the Windows update page while in the Administrator
account does it upgrade or update all accounts? the entire computor? Or must
I update every account individually?

Same when updating Norton Antivirus etc. Will the entire system and all
accounts be upgraded?

I messed up in the last post. You only need to update once. You do not have
to do this in other user accounts. This also apples for Norton.

Yes, but I caution you to use an administrator equivalent account and
not the built in administrator account.
