Bear with me while I try to formulate this question.

If I put an appointment on the shared company calendar and invite myself, it
is also
shown on my personal calendar.

If I am away from the network and put something on my personal calendar (on
PDA)
how do I get that info onto the shared company calendar?

Does this all go back to not being able to sync shared calendars and such?

Thanks,
j

You can't - you will need to put the appointment in both calendars.

I have to copy it to the shared calendar. It is horrible to have to do it
that way, but if you have personal items in your calendar also, you don't
really want to upload your grandmothers birthday to the corporate calendar
do you?
