Hi
I am a new member of the forum.
I have a question relating to getting data from MS Access.
I have setup a spreadsheet that gets data from a MS Database (using
Database Query). The data is placed in columns A to D.
The data will be refreshed periodically. It is likely that new records
are added and some records deleted. i.e. entire rows of data.
In columns D to F, the users want to enter their own comments against
records.
I am finding that Excel is not very good at maintaining alignement
between the data in columns A to D, and D to F.
In the "External Data Range Properties" box, I have tried setting the
"... new rows ..." options to "Insert complete rows, clear unused
data". But my reocrds are still having problems retaining alignment.
Thank you for any suggestsions
