Updating Outlook - Problems.

Data1.MSI

That is the file that will not allow me to export or import from Outlook, it
says I do not have it.

So I download SR-1A update for Outlook (I need it to install the Service
Pack 2 or 3 for Outlook). It will not allow me to fully run the SR-1A
because I do not have Data1.MSI.

I looked online and people have had problems with this before, what a kick
in the crotch! Can anyone help me get around this? All I want to do is to
be able to export and import address books or export them out as Excel
files.

You must have had it at one point, because it's the installer package for
Outlook. Since you have Outlook installed, the file must be in your
possession.
